This policy applies to all purchases made from Beyond Roads. By placing an order, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
Returns are accepted only if a request is raised within 2 days from the date of delivery. Requests raised after this period will not be considered.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unfitted, uninstalled, and in its original condition with all packaging, accessories, and labels intact.
No return or refund will be accepted under the following conditions:

If the handlebar has been fitted, installed, or removed after installation

If holes have been drilled or any modification has been made after unboxing

If the product shows signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration due to installation or handling
Once a product has been fitted or modified in any way, it is considered used and becomes ineligible for return or refund.
Before any return is approved, photo proof is mandatory. Customers must submit clear photos of the product, packaging, and any visible damage (if applicable). These images will be reviewed to assess the condition of the product. Return requests without photo proof will be rejected. Acceptance of a return is subject to inspection and approval by Beyond Roads.
If a return is approved, the product must be shipped back as per the instructions shared. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for products lost during return transit.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used at checkout. Shipping charges and any payment gateway fees are non-refundable.
If the returned product does not pass inspection, no refund will be issued and the product will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, customers may place a new order after the refund is completed.
In case of damaged or incorrect products received, customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos and an unboxing video (recommended). Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.
This policy is governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India only.
